Butterflyvalve
JF&WR Industri AB butterfly valve is a wafertype valve, i.e. for mounting between pipe flanges with four, six or eight holes, dep- ending on size, for screwing to one of the pipe flanges. The valve is intended for regulation purpose and lacks sealing between valve body and disc.
The disc is eccentrically mounted with locking pins. It is shaped for minimum flow resistance. The shafts are cradled in bushed that are lubricationfree and sealed by a sleeve packing and an O-ring respectively. The operating shaft has two opposite keyways for connection with an actuator. The valve can be supplied with a manual worm gear unit and for remote control with apneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuator.
